The neighborhood of Midtown Anchorage is located between Fireweed Lane to the North and International Airport Road to the South; and Arctic Boulevard to the West and the New Seward Highway to the East. Midtown Anchorage is dominated by businesses, retail, commercial, and industrial properties.
It's central location makes for convenient business locations. Although the Campbell Creek Greenbelt runs through a corner of Midtown, it is in an industrial zone. The main park in this neighborhood is the Cuddy Family Midtown Park located next to the Loussac Library, Anchorage's largest public library.
