Rogers Park is a neighborhood in Central Anchorage located between the Chester Creek Greenbelt to the North and 36th Avenue to the South; and the New Seward Highway to the West and Lake Otis Parkway to the East.
Rogers Park is a residential neighborhood with little retail and commercial zones. Residents have quick access to the city-wide trail syaytem through the Chester Creek Greenbelt, which connects to nearby Goose and University Lakes.
This is an excellent location for those that attend nearby UAA or APU colleges and employees of Providence, Alaska Native and Regional hospitals. It is within the U-Med District of Anchorage.
