South Addition is a neighborhood next to Downtown Anchorage. It is located between the DeLaney Park Strip to the North and the Chester Creek Greenbelt to the South; and Cook Inlet to the West and C Street and Cordova Street boundaries to the East.
South Addition has the same shoppng and public event access as Downtown Anchorage. It sits right next to the city-wide trail system including the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail and the Chester Creek Greenbelt Trail. There are many public events and festivals throughout the year at the DeLaney Park strip and nearby Town Square in Downtown Anchorage.
