The Tudor Area is a neighborhood in Anchorage located between 36th Avenue to the North and Tudor Road to the South; and the New Seward Highway to the West and Lake Otis Parkway to the East.
Residents here have great access to the universities and medical facilities because it is within the U-Med District of Anchorage. People who attend classes at UAA or APU and those who work in either of the 3 major Anchorage hospitals, Regional, ANMC, and Providence have a short commute!
The Tudor Area is located in Central Anchorage and is located between major roadways that make access to shopping and entertainment venues quick and easy. Many people enjoy living in the heart of the city. There are retail and commercial businesses on the outer borders of the neighborhood and good quality residential zones in the middle of the neighborhood.
