Fairview is a neighborhood in Anchorage located in between C Street, Cordova, Gambell, and Ingra Street boudaries to the West and Merrill Field to the East; and 6th Avenue, 3rd Avenue, and Ship Creek borders to the North and the Chester Creek Greenbelt to the South. Fairview is next to the Downtown area.

It has several small parks and recreation ares in its center and close access to the city-wide trail system through the Chester Creek Greenbelt, which takes users to various parks along its trails. Residents can shop in neighboring Downtown stores.
